And right now  there isn't justice because thousands of people were murdered, massacred during the  war, and we know that there are war criminals loose who caused those massacres, and  they ought to be brought to justice. And Secretary Albright thinks that the Croatian  Government and the Serbian government especially have an obligation to bring those  people to the Hague for prosecution.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Nicholas Burns, U-S State Department Spokesman\u003cbr/\u003eThe Hague war crimes tribunal, set up in 1993 by the U-N Security Council, has  indicted 75 suspects, but has just eight in custody.\u003cbr/\u003eSo far there have been just two trials. \u003cbr/\u003eA Bosnian Serb was found guilty of 11 war crimes counts but cleared of another 20. The  second trial is still underway, and a third is scheduled to start June 23.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Friday NATO leaders looked set to demand more progress in Bosnia towards  implementing the peace agreement.\u003cbr/\u003eEighteen months after the Bosnian peace agreement was reached in Dayton, Bosnia  remains split in two, with little integration between the Serb and Muslim-Croat controlled  areas.\u003cbr/\u003eHaris Silajdzic said NATO troops were vital for maintaining stability in Bosnia.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English) \u003cbr/\u003e\"NATO troops, partnership of peace troops, whatever the form, whatever the framework,  I think they are the factor of stability in that part of the world. Bosnia is the fuse and it  feels, the current is too high. So Bosnia is important for the world peace, not only for  regional peace but for world peace.
