In jail, she meets fellow chorus girl Velma Kelly who has also committed murder but is enjoying media attention and legal manipulation, care of her attorney, Billy Flynn.\u003cbr/\u003eFlynn takes on Roxie's case as well, and she takes Velma's place as the most famous murderess in town, as she tries to get out of prison and become a
