prosecution experts who said Murray acted recklessly by giving Jackson propofol as a sleep aid. \u003cbr/\u003eOne witness, Andrew Guest, testified that Murray made sure he was \"OK\" during the heart procedure he had ten years ago, and continued to see Murray following his stent procedures.\u003cbr/\u003eOn cross examination, Guest admitted that Murray performed the procedure in a hospital surrounded by a surgical team.\u003cbr/\u003eLikewise, Guest admitted that Murray never administered the drug propofol in his house to help him sleep.\u003cbr/\u003eMurray agreed to become Jackson's personal physician for 150-thousand US dollars a month but was never paid because the singer died before the contract was signed.\u003cbr/\u003eProsecutors have contended that Murray was heavily in debt and initially sought 5 million US dollars to treat Jackson as he prepared for a series of lucrative comeback concerts. \u003cbr/\u003eAnother witness testified that Murray had been able to treat her condition when other doctors had refused to help her.\u003cbr/\u003eShe also said that Murray discovered her arterial diabetic related condition when other doctors had failed to diagnose the condition.\u003cbr/\u003eThe final witness of the day, Ruby Mosley from Houston, Texas, testified that Doctor Murray started a clinic in her poor neighborhood, not for money but in the memory of his father.\u003cbr/\u003eMurray cried while she recalled him founding the clinic.\u003cbr/\u003eMurray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's June, 25, 2009, death. \u003cbr/\u003eAuthorities contend Murray gave Jackson a fatal dose of the anesthetic propofol in the singer's bedroom. \u003cbr/\u003eDefence attorneys claim the singer gave himself the fatal dose.\u003cbr/\u003eMurray's attorneys contend Jackson was desperate for sleep so he could rehearse for his comeback shows and gave himself the fatal dose of propofol when his doctor left the room.\u003cbr/\u003eThey attempted to argue that Jackson would have been indebted to concert promoter AEG Live for nearly 40 million US dollars if his shows were cancelled, but a judge blocked any
