Specifically, we're requested consultations with China on its failure to bring anti-dumping and countervailing duties on its exports of \"GOES\" - grain oriented flat rolled electrical steel, into compliance with its WTO obligations.\" \u003cbr/\u003e3. China's duty effectively blocked US exports of \"GOES\" to China.  Before China imposed those duties, US exports of \"GOES\" amounted to 250 million dollars a year.
