and the proposed memorial.\u003cbr/\u003eA group of relatives of victims travelled to Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to increase pressure on New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg and New York governor George Pataki  to move a proposed culture and arts centre from the site and to expand the size of the memorial.\u003cbr/\u003eChief among their concerns is the proposed International Freedom Centre which is set to be built across from the Memorial.\u003cbr/\u003eThis will house, among other things, the Drawing Centre, which has featured politically controversial works of art.\u003cbr/\u003ePataki has said that the Drawing Centre and the International Freedom Centre will censor themselves.\u003cbr/\u003eBut his argument has failed to convince Anthony Gardner, whose brother Harvey was killed in the September 11attacks.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The institutions in this cultural building threaten to become a platform and a magnet for political debate and simply must be
