Bush -- saying his biggest frustration was the president's unwillingness to use a veto against out-of-control spending....\u003cbr/\u003eGreenspan ads that Republicans traded principle for power and that's why they ended up with neither after the 2006 midterm elections.\u003cbr/\u003eThe book states that President Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon were by far the smartest presidents he worked with
