We don't know whether there will be more snow or rain,\" he said. \u003cbr/\u003eIn Slovenia, thousands of people were without electricity and melting snow has flooded villages in the south of the country.\u003cbr/\u003eDozens of houses in the village of Bac were underwater, and fire fighters and civil defence teams were helping residents deal with the flooding.\u003cbr/\u003e\"This is terrible, terrible.
