And these are just a  few examples of the new markets which feed and enrich contemporary transnational  crime\".\u003cbr/\u003eBoutros Boutros Ghali, UN Secretary General\u003cbr/\u003eDelegates began the slow process of designing methods to work together, examining  new ways to eliminate obstacles to capture criminals who quickly cross national  borders.\u003cbr/\u003eThis includes working on bilateral agreements on extradition, collecting data and  establishing common laws.\u003cbr/\u003eNaples, the host city, is a prime example of a mob-victimised city.
