emotionally hurt his wife. \u003cbr/\u003eBut the judge let stand Dino Matos McGreevey's claim of marriage fraud against her estranged gay husband - to be decided when the case goes to trial May Sixth.  \u003cbr/\u003eNeither the former governor nor his wife spoke in court, or to the media. \u003cbr/\u003eThe rulings come just days after a former aid to McGreevey told media outlets that he had sexual threesomes with the couple before McGreevey became governor. \u003cbr/\u003eMcGreevey confirms the story, while his wife denies the threesomes occurred. \u003cbr/\u003e((Stephen Haller, Jim
