Protester with police and journalist\u003cbr/\u003eAfter nearly two weeks of demonstrations against King Gyanendra of Nepal - demonstrations which continued on Tuesday across Nepal - a few tourists decided to stage a pro-democracy protest of their own.\u003cbr/\u003eAbout a dozen backpackers gathered on a street corner in Katmandu''s tourist hub, Thamel, wearing signs that read, \"Lok Tantra, True Democracy.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe protest also ended almost as soon as it began. \u003cbr/\u003eThe protesters walked out of a side street and were immediately confronted by police officers, who
