And he needs one. There's a probe under way by the attorney general's office, which could result in a criminal exposure. But there also is the potential for civil cases, which very well will be brought by the victims and their families. He already made one statement with regard to his not doing more that could be very well used against him in a civil case with damages for what happened to these young men.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"The issue remains with regard to cover-up, was he involved in anyway shape or form of a cover-up.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"He needs counsel and he has done what we expect him to do, he's hired high-powered criminal defense counsel.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"At this point we don't know all the facts and until all the facts are discovered, particularly the issue of cover-up, we don't know what his exposure is. But there certainly is civil exposure for damages and in any lawsuit that's brought it would be surprising if he were not named as one of the
