They should not, in the meantime, humiliate the rights of the Iranian people,\" Shayan Muhammadi said. \u003cbr/\u003eThe United States and Britain say that if Iran does not comply with the UN Security Council''s demand to stop uranium enrichment by April 28, they will seek a resolution that will make the demand compulsory.\u003cbr/\u003eRussia and China, which have strong economic ties
