Turkish officials claim that Germany isn't doing enough to protect the 2.1 (m) million Turks living in the country.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (German) \u003cbr/\u003e I'd like to say how sad and appalled we are about the fact that\u003cbr/\u003ewe haven't been able to prevent the many recent attacks against the\u003cbr/\u003eTurkish community in Germany.\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION:  Klaus Kinkel.
