Mid of news conference\u003cbr/\u003eAn Afghan government commission investigating the assassination of former President Burhanuddin Rabbani has claimed that Pakistan's intelligence agency is involved.\u003cbr/\u003eA commission spokesman and deputy chief of the Afghan intelligence service, known by the moniker 'Dr. Zia', further alleged that Pakistan supplied the turban bomb used by a suicide bomber and planned the attack together with the Quetta Shura, the ruling council of the Taliban based in the southern Pakistani city of the same name. \u003cbr/\u003eRabbani was the head of a peace council tasked to find a negotiated solution to the 10-year war.\u003cbr/\u003eIt is not the first time Afghanistan has blamed Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency for involvement in
