Every expert said we're going to need five to six thousand international police on the ground while we train up an Iraqi police force, that we should be recruiting them from Europe. We're not doing that. We need somewhere between 40 and 60-thousand additional forces, everyone agrees. We have not gotten them yet, because we refuse to go to the avenue, through the avenues we have to go to get that. And, we need most importantly to acknowledge that there is not going to be enough Iraqi oil revenue to pay for the reconstruction in the near term, so we have to vastly increase the contributions coming from the international community, and we don't even have the so-called Donors' Conference occurring until October and we have to get some international... how can I say it? international umbrella under which this can be done in order for people to be able to give the kind of money we need.\"\u003cbr/\u003e8. Senator Biden walks to car\u003cbr/\u003eThe chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff on Sunday reiterated that the coalition efforts in Iraq were supported by several dozen countries that had contributed troops - as well as approximately 50-thousand Iraqis. \u003cbr/\u003eUS General Richard Myers added that an additional 14 other countries were considering sending troops to Iraq to help stabilise the nation following the fall of the Saddam regime.\u003cbr/\u003ePresident George W.
