stalling on providing names of people it wants to serve in an interim administration.\u003cbr/\u003eDuring his press conference, Abdullah did not state unequivocally that the names would be provided.\u003cbr/\u003eAbdullah also called for a united push on the southern Taliban-held city of Kandahar, which has been the scene of severe fighting in recent weeks.\u003cbr/\u003eHe said Northern Alliance commanders continued to provide support to those actively resisting the Taliban in and around Kandahar, but as yet had no presence in the city.\u003cbr/\u003eOn other issues, Abdullah said the Alliance believes Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaida followers have moved into the hills of three southern provinces - Helmand, Zabul and Uruzgan.\u003cbr/\u003eHe said he doubted bin Laden was in the Tora Bora camp of eastern Afghanistan as some US officials have speculated.\u003cbr/\u003eOn the question of assistance from China to help rebuild Afghanistan, Abdullah said the Northern Alliance would want unconditional financial support.\u003cbr/\u003eHowever he said the Northern Alliance officially supported the one China
