We've tried to deal with this on the basis of the law and the facts. The I-N-S (Immigration and Naturalization Service) reviewed the case. They talked to the boy's father. They concluded that he was the person who could speak for him. That question will be presented in federal court this week. We think that the right way to deal with this is under the law and statutes, and through the courts of law.
