And how much room do I have to play to be completely over the top with the fantasy.  And I think as we were shooting it, we got a chance to understand the tone of the movie and having the creative freedom to be able to take risks and getting the chance to try different things such as riding a horse and shooting a bow and arrow wearing a little bikini top.\"\u003cbr/\u003e14. Wide of street outside Hotel De Russie with horse and carriage passing\u003cbr/\u003eDirector Roman Coppola said Friday (16 NOV) that insurance companies would not give him insurance for his latest film because he had chosen Charlie Sheen to be the lead, but his faith in Sheen did not waver.\u003cbr/\u003eCoppola brought his quirky, eclectic movie \"A Glimpse Into The Mind of Charles Swan III\" to the Rome Film Festival this week, and he seemed genuinely surprised when it was greeted with enthusiastic applause.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe film stars Charlie Sheen as an aging, successful graphic designer who makes album covers in Hollywood. He is a creative, charismatic, irresponsible playboy who is astonished when his love, Ivana (played by Katheryn Winnick) walks out on him and breaks his heart. \u003cbr/\u003eCharlie Sheen appears to revel in the role of the middle-aged, flailing charmer. \u003cbr/\u003e In an interview with Associated Press, Roman Coppola spoke about his long relationship with Charlie Sheen.  He said they played together in the Philippines as young boys when his father, Francis Ford Coppola, was shooting \"Apocalypse Now,\" and Charlie Sheen's father, Martin Sheen, was a star in the film.  \u003cbr/\u003eHowever, Charlie Sheen has gotten a bad reputation in Hollywood after problems with drugs and alcohol, time spent in drug rehabilitation and accusations of domestic violence.  \u003cbr/\u003eAccording to Coppola, \"there were a lot of people who were dismissive of my wish to use Charlie, so it was very difficult to get insurance, in fact we couldn't get insurance, and some difficulties like that because there was this perception about him.  But I didn't waver in my belief in him, and knowing that he is a true-blue guy, super talented and very committed to what we were doing so, I am very pleased to have the chance to have him shine again on the big screen.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe movie jumps between Charlie's crazy real life as he gets support from his best friend Kirby (played by Jason Schwartzman), his business manager Saul (played by Bill Murray) and his sister Izzy (played by Patricia Arquette) and his wild fantasy world. \u003cbr/\u003eThe film begins with Charles in his bathrobe driving through Hollywood in his Rolls Royce with two fried eggs painted on the side, as he tries to get rid of Ivana's massive shoe collection.  He botches his attempt to get rid of the shoes and ends up in his Rolls Royce in somebody's swimming pool.\u003cbr/\u003eThe movie takes place in Hollywood in the 1970s and combines both the real life view of Hollywood as well as Charlie Swan's fantasy world.  \u003cbr/\u003eActress Katheryn Winnick told Associated Press that the fantasy parts of the film allowed her to have more \"creative freedom\" and try things she had never done before such as singing in Portuguese and riding a horse and shooting a bow and arrow while wearing a bikini top.\u003cbr/\u003eWinnick spoke to Associated Press at an interview at the Hotel de Russie in Rome.  She proudly showed of her Italian attire, Dolce and Gabbana shoes and dress and Bulgari earrings.\u003cbr/\u003eThe film  'A Glimpse Into The Mind of Charles Swan III' is part of the competition at
