There were screams from the crowd as she scrambled to climb in, and the road outside was blocked by photographers and camera crews.\u003cbr/\u003ePlaywright David Williamson told APTN he is not surprised fans have so far reacted well to the star's performance:\u003cbr/\u003e\"Yes, there's a wonderful star quality about Madonna, she is an icon, she has enormous charisma and when she walks on stage people tend to break into applause.
