June conference on safety procedures at nuclear plants worldwide in the wake of the disaster at Japan's Fukushima Dai-ichi plant.\u003cbr/\u003eThe plant was hit by a massive tsunami and earthquake on March 11 and has been releasing radiation into the environment ever since.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Japanese reactor crisis poses a major challenge with enormous implications for nuclear power, Yukiya Amano
