But not as we know it. \u003cbr/\u003eMusic and computer science students at Princeton University have swopped notebooks and joined forces to create a laptop orchestra. \u003cbr/\u003eUsing laptops, tablets, and six sided speakers, Princeton University's Laptop Orchestra teaches students the art of electronic music. \u003cbr/\u003eBut don't let the name Orchestra fool you.\u003cbr/\u003eJeff Snyder, co-director of the Laptop Orchestra explains. \u003cbr/\u003e\"We don't play traditional orchestral repertoire. We are not playing Beethoven just we happen to use electronic instruments or anything. We are creating totally new pieces. Some of them are basically more musicians and some of them are really coming from a programmer background.
