Close up of'Olsen Brothers' tour jacket\u003cbr/\u003eOver 2000 Faroe Islanders have enjoyed one of the biggest pop concerts to ever hit the remote North Atlantic settlements.\u003cbr/\u003eThe sell out audience crowded into the town gymnasium in the island's capital Torshavn to give an ecstatic welcome to the platinum selling Danish duo The Olsen Brothers.\u003cbr/\u003eThe winners of the 2000 Eurovision Song Contest are living legends in Denmark.  The concert was their first performance in the Faroes, and they were keen to soak up the atmosphere.  As part of their whistle-stop two day visit, the brothers were also taken on a grand tour aboard one of the island's oldest sailing boats. \u003cbr/\u003eJorgen and Niels \"Noller\" released their first album as the Olsen Brothers in 1972, becoming pin-ups across Demark almost immediately. \u003cbr/\u003eAfter a string of early hits in the Danish charts, including 'Angelina' and 'Jimmy Loves Me', the brothers hit the road, touring the bars and clubs of Scandinavia for the best part of two decades. \u003cbr/\u003eMore hits brought growing fame in Europe - particularly in Germany - as the brothers split their time between music and day jobs, in education.\u003cbr/\u003eTheir big interntional break came last year, with the release of the hit single 'Fly on the Wings of Love' (in Danish 'Smuk som et stjerneskud') . The album 'Wings of Love' went platinum in Denmark, and topped the charts in a number of European countries - success seldom enjoyed by Danish performers. It is still in the Danish top five. \u003cbr/\u003eThe pair will be touring throughout the rest of the summer before going back into the studio to record a follow up album to 'Wings of Love'. Though enjoying their new found success the Olsens are quick to laugh at their fame. In their own words, they are just \"two old boys from Copenhagen.\" \u003cbr/\u003eThe Torshavn concert was heralded a success by fans and musicians alike, and the Olsens have vowed to
