attended a news conference with police officers on Wednesday.\u003cbr/\u003eThomas Sigwart Eugen, a 42-year old German from Munich, and three ethnic Vietnamese nationals were escorted to the news conference by police officers.\u003cbr/\u003eAt the conference materials confiscated from Eugen's flat by the police were also shown to the media.\u003cbr/\u003eThe materials included video tapes and sex toys.\u003cbr/\u003ePolice took Thomas Sigwart into custody following a raid on his rented apartment in the capital of Phnom Penh on Monday, said Keo Thea, Deputy Director of Municipal anti-trafficking police.\u003cbr/\u003eHe said Eugen, an English teacher at a private school in Phnom Penh, was arrested after police saw him having sex with two young ethnic Vietnamese girls in a videotape confiscated from 61-year-old Karl Heinz Henning, another German national, who was detained on Sunday.\u003cbr/\u003ePolice watched Henning bring young girls to his apartment for some time before arresting him on Sunday, Thea said.\u003cbr/\u003ePolice found four ethnic Vietnamese girls aged between 10 to 13 in Henning's apartment and confiscated 18 pornographic videotapes and bondage material during the raid, officials said.\u003cbr/\u003eThree ethnic Vietnamese nationals, a mother of one of the girls and a couple who acted as sex brokers, were also arrested in connection with the affair, Thea said.\u003cbr/\u003eAt the news conference, Thea said the relationship between those who were arrested was that the Vietnamese \"provided young girls to meet him,\" sometimes \"to make
