It's where everything from anteaters to zebras get their breakfast lunch and dinner. Some eat salad, some eat mice, and the commissary crew is in charge of some very big, and sometimes very finicky appetites.\"\u003cbr/\u003eWe do have picky eaters. And that's fine\u003cbr/\u003eSo for the case of our bears, some of those are getting a commercial dog food. Bears are omnivores and that's an appropriate diet for an omnivore.\u003cbr/\u003e(nat, opening meat room door)\u003cbr/\u003e\"it's gonna be a little noisy\"\u003cbr/\u003eSome of the blood that ends up coming off we'll end up freezing into treats. Blood treats? Yes.\u003cbr/\u003ewe're talking about rats, mice, of all those life stages, rabbits\u003cbr/\u003eNat montage of snakes/lizard eating mice/crickets\u003cbr/\u003ewhen those animals are being fed, those end up being the exhibits that most visitors are standing in front of at the time, to see that.\u003cbr/\u003e(shots of freezer warning signs)\u003cbr/\u003e(cover) So right now that's running at about 19 below\u003cbr/\u003ewe don't take seconds, we don't take donations, all the produce that we use to include in these diets is restaurant grade.\u003cbr/\u003e\"somewhere around ¾ of a million dollars for a year.\"\u003cbr/\u003ewe actually have scores for different piles of poop. It's based on photographs [EDIT] whats coming out is telling us how the animal is processing that diet, its telling us a lot about the moisture balance of that animal, how hydrated it might
