In fact, we are calling our members who are all out flying on duty, but once they come back, we will talk about the actions we will undertake towards holding a strike.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION:  Bob Anduiza, President Flight Attendants Association of the Philippines\u003cbr/\u003eThere were more troubles for the ailing airline.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Friday it filed a rehabilitation plan with Manila's Securities and Exchange Commission, saying it is unable to meet loan repayments worth 2 (b billion U-S dollars due to reduced cash flow.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd in a final blow, company officials say a fifteen day pilots' strike over forced retirements has cost the company more than 2 (b) billion pesos (50 (m) million US dollars) in lost revenue.\u003cbr/\u003ePhilippine Airlines has released details of its debt relief but was quick to reassure creditors that payments will be made if a financial plan is implemented.\u003cbr/\u003eThe company's internal plan to save itself from financial ruin includes, dispose of 40 of its 54 planes, suspend more than two-thirds of its routes and sell some subsidiaries.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd mass sackings are already underway.\u003cbr/\u003e54 year old Roque Vizcara, had given 25 years of service to the company as a production controller, when he received a termination letter earlier in the week - a lifetime of commitment counted for nothing.\u003cbr/\u003eHe now faces an uncertain future.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE:  (Tagalog) \u003cbr/\u003e\"I feel very bad.
