Currently, they are required to file a health declaration asking whether they have symptoms of SARS.\u003cbr/\u003eBut many think this system is ineffective in preventing the disease from travelling.\u003cbr/\u003eIn Shenzhen there is some support for health screenings at the border.\u003cbr/\u003eBut such a program would cost money and require assignment of professionals from a health industry already stretched by the crisis.\u003cbr/\u003eIn Hong Kong there have been some suggestions that the border would have to be closed to effectively control the disease.\u003cbr/\u003eThat
