Yesterday, after the shelling, the Syrian government forces entered the town, and the Free Syrian Army escaped. After that the people found victims that had been slaughtered with knifes,\" he said. \u003cbr/\u003eMeanwhile, more than 3,300 refugees in the desert camp have expressed dissatisfaction with its harsh conditions, including extreme heat and cold and constant dust-laden winds.\u003cbr/\u003eRefugees also complained they were not getting proper health-care.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The sick people when they go to the clinic, they give them Panadol. The ones who suffer from 'flu get Panadol, the ones who suffer from back problems get Panadol, the injured get Panadol, there is no health-care here whatsoever,\" said one man.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The children are suffering, all of them are sick and suffer from allergies,\" another refugee said.\u003cbr/\u003eBut Harper said that UNHCR is working to better living conditions in camp. \u003cbr/\u003e\"You can see the work going on to improve the camp, so obviously it's extremely difficult to see on a daily basis, but things are going forward.\"\u003cbr/\u003eResource-poor Jordan is struggling to deal with the influx of refugees from the Syrian civil war. \u003cbr/\u003eJordanian officials estimate that 150-thousand Syrians are seeking refuge in their country.\u003cbr/\u003eMore than 200-thousand Syrians have fled to neighbouring Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey and hundreds of thousands more are displaced within Syria.\u003cbr/\u003e1.
