decision.\u003cbr/\u003eNow survivors can begin to receive money from a  4.6 billion US dollar fund, set up by the German government and German firms.\u003cbr/\u003eGerman officials had previously refused to proceed with payments until all the lawsuits were resolved.\u003cbr/\u003eThe lead German lawyer, however, said that there are a few more cases that still need to be dismissed for full
