Something that's completely uncontested. One thing is certain is that there is no \"legal basis\" for paying indemnities on cancelled contracts. The whole thing was covered by the appropriate legal agreements between the governments. I'm going to repeat what we said yesterday about this. We believe that the practical problems that have resulted from both sides must be settled. We also believe that they can be settled and that's why we've set up a working group which will dedicate itself to solving these problems as quickly as possible.
