Medium of instructor helping student stretch horizontally on pole\u003cbr/\u003ePole Dancing as a work out routine has been around for a while, but now there is a newer version that's catching on in Hollywood - and it's X Rated!\u003cbr/\u003ePole dance classes are reaching a new level in Hollywood. \u003cbr/\u003eIt's come a long way from its origins where ladies entertained in gentlemen's clubs, and has long been used as a thorough work-out routine. \u003cbr/\u003eNow, some of the sauciness is being put back into pole dancing with classes like X-Pole and Turning Tricks. \u003cbr/\u003eWith more intense and sexier moves 'Turning Tricks' mixes swinging, spinning and contortions with strip bar choreography. \u003cbr/\u003eThe weekly classes at the Crunch Gym in Hollywood are always full. The instructors encourage students to show some skin and wear shorts to class and bring a pair of their sexiest heels. \u003cbr/\u003eTeacher, Sasja Lee says:\u003cbr/\u003e\"It's a lot of core and upper body strength so with each spin they are building their strength. I would say that within three classes they get really comfortable with themselves.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe gym has joined forces with pole manufacturer, X-Pole for these classes to create a challenging and sexy class, taught by X-Pole Fitness trained instructors, combining upper body and core strength, coordination, balance, and dance choreography. \u003cbr/\u003eHere, even the shyest performers are turned into toned and sultry vixens. \u003cbr/\u003eThe X-pole class training programme breaks down each section of a pole fitness class - and it's proving popular with men as well as women. \u003cbr/\u003eRaphi Kammer is a 25 year old actor from Los Angeles.\u003cbr/\u003e\"As a workout it was terrific.
