So I see people go completely crazy and the night is over and the light turns off and the people just go home, very quiet, very disciplined. Tracking shot of fans dancing\u003cbr/\u003eOver 20,000 Japanese fans crowded into the WIRE02 festival  to hear the world's top techno DJs spin those bleeps and booms this weekend.\u003cbr/\u003eWIRE, held on the outskirts of Tokyo, is Japan's flagship techno event and the country's biggest indoor rave party.\u003cbr/\u003eOrganized by TAKKYU ISHINO of the top Japanese techno outfit Denki Groove, the event is now in its fourth year and is so popular it has outgrown its previous venues and now occupies two massive dance floors.\u003cbr/\u003eSecond only to Germany, Japan has been a world centre of techno music, and the genre dominates many club play lists across the land. \u003cbr/\u003eThe line up of top international artists from around the globe included WESTBAM from Germany.\u003cbr/\u003eThe positive-vibrations techno-master stirred the ravers into an electro-frenzy.  \u003cbr/\u003eA veteran tourer of Japan Westbam is still in awe of it's techno Fans\u003cbr/\u003eChicago's DJ RUSH was another guest DJ entertaining the ravers.  Many of his Chicago brothers, once they succeed, move toward a jazzier, more \"mature\" style, but not Rush - hie has remained loyal to the down-and-dirty \"mother fucking bass.\" \u003cbr/\u003eHe praised the young Japanese techno fans for their drug free appreciation of the music.\u003cbr/\u003eBut top of the bill was the master of ceremonies himself Takkyu Ishino.\u003cbr/\u003eTakkyu, who took techno back to the Europeans with a recent tour of Germany, sent the entire Japan archipelago into a veritable frenzy in 2002 with his remix of Vangelis' World Cup Anthem, and has an eagerly anticipated album in the works.\u003cbr/\u003eAway from the dance floors, their was plenty of extracurricular activity laid on by the organisers. Most popular, for the ravers who had danced their bodies stiff could, were the soothing hands of a squad of Chinese masseurs drafted in resuscitate the exhausted limbs - then it was back to the
