cars in order to gain experience.\u003cbr/\u003eA police force on skates is also able to witness events that are sometimes difficult to view from a police car window.\u003cbr/\u003eCops on skates have a surprise effect working to their advantage - suspects do not expect an officer on blades and traditionally look for a police car lurking in the area.\u003cbr/\u003eNijk, describes the situation:
