When he became ill, he was outside Hong Kong and that was on July 3rd and it was only five days later that he went back to Hong Kong on July 8, and he was admitted right away into Ruttonjee Hospital. At that time he already had pneumonia chest infection and his condition got worse and he died later of respiratory failure and Staphylococcus toxic shock syndrome. controller of the city's Centre for Health Protection, said a 42-year-old Filipino seaman tested positive for swine flu after his death.\u003cbr/\u003eHe was also found to have infected with CMRSA (community-associated Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), an aggressive antibiotic-resistant staph infection.\u003cbr/\u003e\"He had two infections at the same time,\" Tsang told reporters.
