He addressed this letter after consultations and meetings with the members of the Security Council, with the Security Council for about four or five hours. Today we now have the response from the Iraqi leadership, a response in the form of a letter from Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz to the Secretary General which they asked me to convey to the Secretary General.
