 could trigger civil war.\u003cbr/\u003eBut Judge Chinenga said he found no reason to alter an order issued March 17 by another judge that police should enforce the laws on property rights and evict illegal squatters.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)\u003cbr/\u003e\"The commissioner's application for the variation for the consent of order was dismissed with costs -
