I mean they have this concept in their mind that they are either going to be shot, be caught up in a drug gang or be in jail. That's a sad concept. The issue is that 40,000 people are being killed yearly. So that's the message that needs to be sent to the people in America and that's how they look at it in Japan, because they don't care where the guns come from.
