Murrah Federal Building two years ago.\u003cbr/\u003eIn his final instructions to the jurors, Judge Richard Matsch warned the panel not to take this responsibility lightly... or to jump to conclusions too quickly.\u003cbr/\u003eMatsch urged the panel not to give into sympathy or personal opinion.\u003cbr/\u003eHe also warned that former U-S Marine McVeigh is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
