But I want to remind my fellow citizens of this fact: family values do not stop at the Rio Bravo. There are mothers and dads in Mexico who love their children just as much as mother and dads in America do, and if there are mothers and dads who can't find work, worried about putting food on the table, they're going to find work in America. And what we want to do is have a trading relationship that encourages job creation in America, but job creation in Mexico as well. Various of both presidents clapping hands\u003cbr/\u003eU.S. President Bush and Mexican president Vicente Fox addressed a crowd of nearly 7,000 at the University of Toledo's Savage Hall.\u003cbr/\u003eHispanics waved Mexican flags and danced to Tejano music Thursday as President Bush and Mexico's president visited this Democratic stronghold to discuss immigration, trade and crime.\u003cbr/\u003eHispanics have come to Toledo in large numbers in recent years, many seeking work. \u003cbr/\u003eBut they have been disturbed by the number of jobs being lost to Mexico because of the North American Free Trade Agreement.\u003cbr/\u003eBush noted that his own grandfather grew up in Columbus and Fox's grandfather was from Cincinnati, both cities in Ohio. \u003cbr/\u003eDozens of migrant workers filled seats in front of the stage.\u003cbr/\u003eThe workers wore stickers on their shirts with the names of immigrants who died while crossing Mexico's border to find work in the United States.\u003cbr/\u003eOpposition to NAFTA runs deep in this city with ties to the automobile and glass industries. Some say the trade agreement has siphoned jobs to Mexico from Toledo. Others say that NAFTA has not created enough good jobs south of the border.\u003cbr/\u003eBefore leaving Toledo, Bush and Fox were scheduled to visit children at the Aurora Gonzalez Community Center,
