One, who claimed to have seen McVeigh on April 13, 17 and 18, made a positive identification of him in a lineup last Saturday.\u003cbr/\u003eA reporter allowed into the heavily guarded courtroom, spoke of McVeigh's behaviour during the proceedings.\u003cbr/\u003eHe was handcuffed, his hands in front of him, shackled around the waist and you could hear the chains from time to time when he sat down next to his attorney, you could hear the chains rattle as he shook hands with his attorney. He was by and large emotionless, stone faced, he betrayed very little in the way of emotion as he watched the proceedings. He said only a few words to his attorney, none of them audible to the members of the pool.\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION Scott Pelle, CBS correspondent\u003cbr/\u003eThe Saturday lineup was held for four witnesses. \u003cbr/\u003eAccording to police one positively identified McVeigh, one person picked out two people including McVeigh, a third could not identify anyone and a fourth person initially said he did not recognize him but later said, \"Yes, that was him, I hesitated because he was staring at me.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSusan Otto, one of McVeigh's defence lawyers, disputed whether the witness accounts proved McVeigh was responsible for the bombing.\u003cbr/\u003eHis other lawyer, John Coyle, tried to point out that some witness accounts placing McVeigh in Oklahoma City at various times before the bombing contradicted other witnesses who placed him elsewhere, including Junction City.\u003cbr/\u003eAn indictment must be filed within 30 days of McVeigh's first court appearance last Friday.
