What doing things right means is open to discussion, but they want to do it right,\" said Huerta.\u003cbr/\u003eHuerta said that according to a study by the National System of Public Security, in 2009 the police officers in Ecatepec were the best paid in the State of Mexico, making an average of $9030 pesos (or about 695 US dollars) a month.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The majority of the $9,000 pesos they earn each month is spent on bribes that public ministers, commanders, supervisors, and politicians demand them. Police officers are moneymaking machines, and that's how the government and authorities see them, as moneymaking machines,\" added Huerta.\u003cbr/\u003eThe actor said police forces are forced to face the ugliest side of society.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I realized cops are between a rock and a hard place, because they want to defend a society who wants them dead,\" said Huerta.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think police should be re-structured. We must find the way for them, who are in charge of protecting us, have the right conditions to do their jobs well. We must find a different dialog with police officers and make them our accomplices,\" he added.\u003cbr/\u003eThe title \"Days of Grace\" makes reference to days when society turns its attention to soccer and forgets about important social issues.\u003cbr/\u003eMexican actress Dolores Heredia and spanish actor Carlos Bardem also appear in the film.\u003cbr/\u003eHeredia said the film hopes to make people reflect about the state of the country.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think we must take a step further and make an effort, get involved in public, political and social life of this country. We all are obligated to do so in this moment, it is urgent, this country is falling apart,\" she added.\u003cbr/\u003eHeredia plays the wife of a man who is kidnapped, played by Bardem.\u003cbr/\u003eCarlos Bardem, brother of actor Javier Bardem, said he wanted to participate in this movie because he considered a \"beautiful\" challenge having to convey emotions using only his voice, since he spends most of the film with his head covered.\u003cbr/\u003eBardem said the movie goes beyond clichďż˝s and will take the viewer through a \"roller coaster of emotions.\" \u003cbr/\u003e\"This movie shows that when someone pulls the rug under you, the hidden truth of each family world is revealed.
