missile on January 11 to shatter an obsolete weather satellite in polar orbit, fuelling U.S. military concerns about the vulnerability of its own satellites in space.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Friday, Keating held a meeting with Guo Boxiong, the Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, China's top military institution.\u003cbr/\u003eKeating also expressed confidence in Taiwan's military defence
