(Feb. 20)\u003cbr/\u003e[Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]\u003cbr/\u003e   A federal court jury has heard final arguments in the perjury and obstruction trial of former White House aide Lewis 'Scooter' Libby\u003cbr/\u003e   shot of libby entering courthouse\u003cbr/\u003e   The fate of former white house aide lewis scooter libby will soon be in the hands of the jury.\u003cbr/\u003e   Prosecutors argued its clear Libby lied to the FBI and a grand jury when he claimed he wasn't the one who told reporters about cia operative valerie plame's identity.\u003cbr/\u003e  They say Libby's explanation --that he learned about Plame, forgot it--\u003cbr/\u003e   then learned about it again during a conversation with\u003cbr/\u003e   nbc's tim russert--isn't plausible. Russert says that talk never occurred.\u003cbr/\u003e  sketch\u003cbr/\u003e  The prosecution says its impossible to believe libby would forget about plame-since the administration was working to discredit her husband.\u003cbr/\u003e  it also noted plenty of witnesses told Libby about Plame before he discussed her with reporters.\u003cbr/\u003e   The defense contends the case is more about bad memory than criminal intent.\u003cbr/\u003e Associated Press writer Matt Apuzzo has covered the trial from the start--he says Libby's Lawyer's stressed the inconsistencies in the testimony of Russert former ny times reporter judith miller --who went to jail rather than reveal her source.\u003cbr/\u003e   But the expected testimony of both Libby\u003cbr/\u003e   and Vice President Dick Cheney never
