China came in and said to Africa 'look you've got copper, you've got oil, we want to buy for five, ten years forwards, we will commit to your price for that period of time', and this allowed Africa to unlock capital for its own infrastructure and development. So its been quite helpful for the African continent. There is some data out there that says the growth in the last ten years, the sub-Saharan Africa growth story is correlated ninety two percent to China.\"\u003cbr/\u003e9.
