Massera, under house...\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan class='full-description hide'\u003eSpanish/Nat\u003cbr/\u003eThe photographing on Thursday of a former admiral Emilio Eduardo Massera walking around outside his house, whilst under house arrest is likely to reopen the debate on the fairness of house imprisonment.  \u003cbr/\u003eMassera, under house arrest since November 1998, was caught on camera walking near his house in the Tigre district in the suburbs of Buenos Aires.\u003cbr/\u003eThe photographs were published on Friday in the weekly national Veintitrés magazine.\u003cbr/\u003eEx-military chief Emilio Massera may be returned to jail if the courts decide that they have violated their house arrest judicial sources said on Friday.\u003cbr/\u003eMassera was caught walking in the street outside Buenos Aires on Thursday by a photographer and a journalist who had been tipped off by a local human rights organisation.\u003cbr/\u003eThe photograph was published on Friday in the weekly, national Veintitrés magazine.\u003cbr/\u003eReports said Massera was called by the federal judge Claudio Bonadío on Friday to explain his violation of the house arrest.\u003cbr/\u003eMassera was jailed for the kidnapping of children born in detention centres during the armed forces' reign from 1976-83.\u003cbr/\u003eA journalist and a photographer stated under oath on Friday before federal judge María Servini de Cubría that they spotted Massera outside the boundaries of his luxury country house just outside Buenos Aires.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (Spanish) \u003cbr/\u003e\"At the time, he repeated twice 'You don't know the damage you are causing to me, You don't know the damage you are causing to me'. Because in the chat that we had before he was saying that he had problems with his legs and he was out walking because of the problems with his legs.
