I think some school districts are saying it''s just a kids issue. Other schools are trying to have a zero tolerance approach. \u003cbr/\u003eAnd what can parents do? \u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Christine Bhat, expert on bullying, Ohio University:\u003cbr/\u003e\"parents often don''t want to be the ones who are making a noise about things.
