While we have outsourced some jobs and positions to India, there are opportunities for Americans as well to service Indian needs and we hope that India understands the need for reforms so that we can have more opportunities here. Outsourcing invariably does result in the loss of jobs and we have to do a better job in the United States, a good job in the United States, of creating opportunities in the United States to provide more jobs so that those who have lost jobs will have opportunities in the future. over the divided region of Kashmir.\u003cbr/\u003ePowell said he was pleased with Pakistani President General Pervez Musharraf''s commitment to permanently shut down training camps in his territory used by Islamic militants fighting for the independence of Indian Kashmir.\u003cbr/\u003eThe infiltration of those militants crossing the Line of Control that divides the Indian and Pakistani portions of Kashmir has eased somewhat, as it tends to do during the winter snows of the Himalayas.\u003cbr/\u003e\"One essential element of this is that there be an end to cross-border violence and I believe
