Our position is that none of the forces in S-For should be involved in hunting and tracking down war criminals. The mission is quite clear that should any of the identified war criminals come into their presence, they have the authority to arrest them. I believe that Secretary Perry made it very clear, I think that President Clinton has made it clear,  that while we all recognise that setting time lines are really rarely a good idea in terms of policy as such, in some occasions, and this happens to be one of them, setting a time deadline is important. Without that time deadline the capacity to extend it ad infinitum, well into the indefinite future would continue.
