empowerment and keeping fit, 'Spy School' is proving very popular in Los Angeles. \u003cbr/\u003eAbsolution Gym in West Hollywood, was best known for its award-winning Pilates studio. \u003cbr/\u003eNow it is known as the base for Spy School, it's most requested programme.\u003cbr/\u003eThe 30 hour course is spread over 8 weeks, and taught by over 30 instructors. \u003cbr/\u003eIt promises a workout alongside life skills like helping students set boundaries, make decisions and get more out of life. \u003cbr/\u003eOwner Sascha Ferguson says 'Spy School' teaches everything you need to know to be a spy, firing a weapon, scaling the side of a building, aerial trapeze, hand to hand combat and disguise.\u003cbr/\u003eAt Spy School, students learn how to fire a weapon, defend themselves against an assailant or climb a building or jump off a 30 foot cliff. \u003cbr/\u003eMark Worland, the special-forces weapons instructor, says he teaches students how to use firearms safely. \u003cbr/\u003eKatie Killean says that as a child she dreamed of being one of \"Charlie's Angels\" and after a traumatic divorce she enrolled in course. \u003cbr/\u003eTrapeze helps with personal security company, Impact Personal Safety takes the personal safety classes. \u003cbr/\u003eShe says that modern women can no longer rely on men to come to their defence and need to be able to take care of themselves. \u003cbr/\u003eJames Bond is often seen climbing buildings as he escapes from villains. \u003cbr/\u003eSoon spy school students will be able to scale walls as well, thanks to the instruction of James DeMalignon. \u003cbr/\u003eHe says that climbing also gives strength and dexterity. \u003cbr/\u003eStudent Rana Joy Glickmas says Spy school it has changed her life and opened up new opportunities. \u003cbr/\u003eAnd its not all hard physical work. \u003cbr/\u003eGym owner Sascha Ferguson says that students come here in search of a little fantasy and escapism.
