Fight with al-Qaida against America.'\"\u003cbr/\u003eThere are no video cameras allowed in federal courthouses in America, so reporters have filled the courtroom to report on the trial.\u003cbr/\u003eAbu Ghaith, a onetime imam at a Kuwaiti mosque, was brought to New York from Turkey last year. He has pleaded not guilty to charges he conspired to kill Americans after the Sept. 11 attacks. Born in Kuwait, he is married to bin Laden's eldest daughter, Fatima.\u003cbr/\u003eKaren Greenberg is the director of the Center on National Security at Fordham University's School of Law. She teaches about terrorism and the law and is attending the trial. \u003cbr/\u003e\"The prosecution is going to make the case that Abu Ghaith was part of bin Laden's inner council at the time of 9/11 and that therefore he was involved conspiracy following 9/11 to recruit followers, soldiers, etc. to fight on behalf of al-Qaida,\" she said. \"And the defense is going to try to prove that actually all this man did was words and association, and that he was not part, that there is no evidence to support the fact that he was involved in trying to plot or conspire to plot against Americans. And they are going to break it down that way.\" \u003cbr/\u003eDefense attorney Stanley Cohen, in his opening statement Wednesday, mocked the government's presentation, telling jurors: \"You've just been to the movies ladies and gentlemen.
