So to say we are more or less satisfied with the contacts.Thank you.\" \u003cbr/\u003eThe foreign minister of Afghanistan's opposition group, the so-called Northern Alliance, said on Thursday that his forces were currently taking smaller towns and villages so that they can build strength for the push against major targets.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Northern Alliance has been battling for more than five years against the Taliban.\u003cbr/\u003eAbdullah also hinted that there may be some kind of  role for the 86 year-old former King of Afghanistan, King Mohammad Zahir Shah, although he gave no details.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe former king, in exile in Italy, is said to support U.S. military action in the country and would welcome outside assistance to help opposition Afghan forces dislodge the country's hard-line Taliban rulers. \u003cbr/\u003eAbdullah expressed worry that the international coalition is relying too heavily on Pakistan, which he said had sowed the seeds of this evil several
